The Method

The Morgane Method is a 10-level progressive strength system built for high-achieving women who are done restarting. Each level is a structured mesocycle — specific workouts, specific progressions, a clear beginning and end. You don't guess what to do next. You do the level, you hit the benchmarks, you unlock the next one.

Both. Level I is designed for someone who has never touched a barbell. Level X is for someone who's been training seriously for years. The system meets you where you are — your starting level is determined during onboarding based on your experience, not a number you pick at random.

Both options are built in. Every level has gym and home workout variations. If you train at home, home-friendly exercise substitutes load automatically. If you go to the gym, you get the full barbell and cable programming. You can switch back and forth — the app handles it.

Programs are structured for 3–5 sessions per week, depending on the level. You can also move workouts around within a two-week window if life gets in the way — the app lets you reschedule without losing your place in the program.

Yes — and it's not optional. Dedicated mobility routines are built into every level. This isn't a stretch at the end of a workout — it's a core part of what makes the method work long-term.

The App

No. The Morgane Fitness App is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you access it through your browser and can install it directly to your home screen on iOS or Android. No App Store, no waiting for approvals, no storage issues.

The app tracks your workouts, strength progress, level completion, nutrition, water, daily habits, weekly check-ins, and body composition. Progress metrics unlock as you advance through the levels — the deeper you go, the more visibility you get into your data.

Yes — there's a 3-day free trial when you sign up for the self-paced tier. You get full access to the app during the trial. Your card is charged on Day 3 if you decide to stay (which you will).

Coaching

Self-Paced ($49/month) gives you full access to the 10-level system, the workout player, progress tracking, habits, check-ins, and nutrition. You follow the program on your own timeline. Coached ($290/month) adds Morgane directly to your program — 1:1 check-in calls, personalized macro targets, direct messaging, weekly reviews, and program adjustments based on your data.

The coaching intake process happens directly inside the app. When you select the Coached tier at signup, you'll be taken through a full application — your health history, training background, goals, and schedule. Morgane reviews every application personally before approving. Spots are limited.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from inside the app. Your level progress and all your data carry over — you don't start over just because you upgraded.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Customer Portal — accessible from the nav at the top of this page or from your profile settings inside the app. No emails, no phone calls. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
