Morgane Fitness is a fitness coaching and digital product business operated by MAJE Enterprises. Our website is morganefitness.com. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at morganecpt@gmail.com.
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, and any details you provide when joining the waitlist, applying for coaching, or creating an account in the Morgane Fitness App.
When you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment processing and stores payment information securely.
When you use the app, we collect the data you log: workouts, check-ins, nutrition entries, body composition data, and habit tracking. This data is used to power your experience and, where applicable, to inform coaching decisions.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Morgane Fitness App, process your subscription, communicate with you about your account and program, and (with your consent) send you email updates and coaching resources.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate our services (for example, our payment processor Stripe, or our email platform).
If you join our waitlist or subscribe, you may receive emails about your program, app updates, and Morgane's content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account and subscription cannot be opted out of.
This website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics tools are loaded on this site.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, in case you return. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at morganecpt@gmail.com.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your app data is stored securely and access is restricted to you and, where applicable, your assigned coach.
Morgane Fitness is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
