By accessing this website or using the Morgane Fitness App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Morgane Fitness provides a digital fitness application and coaching services through MAJE Enterprises. Our services include access to the Morgane Method — a 10-level progressive strength training system — delivered via a subscription-based web application, and optional 1:1 coaching with Morgane Jackson.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. The Self-Paced tier is $49/month and the Coached tier is $290/month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
New self-paced subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged on Day 3. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge you on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
Coached tier cancellations require 30 days notice, as Morgane allocates a limited number of coaching spots and reserves your slot in advance.
We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription charges that have already been processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at morganecpt@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Coaching availability is limited and subject to approval. Morgane reserves the right to decline coaching applications or end a coaching relationship at her discretion. If a coaching subscription is terminated by Morgane Fitness, a prorated refund for the remainder of the billing period will be issued.
Morgane Jackson is a NASM-certified personal trainer. Coaching services are fitness and lifestyle guidance only — they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise or nutrition program.
Exercise carries inherent risks. By using the Morgane Fitness App, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activity and assume all associated risks. Morgane Fitness is not liable for any injury, illness, or health event arising from use of our programs.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before starting any program. Certain features (such as the pregnancy mode) are guidance tools only and do not replace medical advice.
All content on this website and within the Morgane Fitness App — including programs, workouts, copy, design, and branding — is the property of MAJE Enterprises and Morgane Jackson. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account is for one person — sharing accounts is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our team, or attempt to circumvent subscription requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgane Fitness and MAJE Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAJE Enterprises operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to formal legal channels.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
